Touched by oak. Blessed by time.
A bold, contemplative quadrupel matured in oak barrels for heavenly depth. Rich dark fruit, caramelized sugar, warming spice, and velvety oak unite in a sermon of flavor that lingers long after the final sip.
Embrace the Sacred
From the quiet cellars of Leksbräu comes a beer worthy of reverence.
Abbey of Pastafari is our interpretation of a classic Belgian-style quadrupel — elevated through patient barrel aging and unwavering devotion to craft. Brewed with generous layers of specialty malts and dark candi sugar, it begins with notes of fig, raisin, and toasted caramel before resting in oak barrels to deepen its character.
Time in wood imparts whispers of vanilla, warm spice, and a rounded complexity that softens the beer's formidable 10.8% strength.
Best served at 12–14°C in a chalice or snifter.
